How long does delivery take?
Processing is typically 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is usually 3–7 business days in the USA and 4–10 business days in the UK after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
What is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item is defective/damaged or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover it after review.
